Any data entered into the MYOB systems is available for exporting, and then to added formatting in a system such as Excel. MYOB uses a system called ODBC to allow the report to query the data, and therefore to be updated by it.
As Developers we have the use of the ODBC system, and can design any report to your requirements. The report can be freely used by you, and can be brought up to date at as frequent an interval as you - the user - choose.
Costs for the reports vary according to the time to develop them, and the complexity of the materials to be brought back from MYOB.
However, these can be as cheap as $100 for a useful and simple to use extended Profit and Loss Report comparing data from each period in the financial year.
